Wireless Printing in Vanderbilt 302B

Registered, matriculated Harvard Medical (HMS), Harvard School of Dental Medicine (HSDM), Division Of Medical Sciences (DMS), and Harvard Science and Technology (HST) pre-doctoral students residing in Vanderbilt Hall can now print wirelessly to the HP 4350dtn printer in Vanderbilt Room 302B by connecting to the private (encrypted) HMS wireless network. Follow the instructions below if you own a Windows-based PC or a Macintosh-based PC on how to configure your computer to print while connected to the private wireless network.

NOTE: Students will need to provide their own paper for the HP 4350dtn printer.


Step 1: Connect to the private HMS wireless network. If you have not configured your computer to access the private wireless network, follow these instructions for Windows XP and Macintosh Tiger on how to configure your computer for this network.

• For Windows Vista users, read the how-to instructions.

• For Mac Leopard users, read the how-to instructions.

Step 2: Your Operating System:
