Harvard University has contracted with AT&T Business Services to provide world-wide dial-up access to the Internet for a reduced fee. All the details can be found on the Harvard's University Information Systems page dedicated to information on the AT&T Internet Connection Option. Call AT&T's toll-free number at 1-800-821-4612 to sign up for their dial-up service.

If neither of these solutions meet your needs, you may want to look into local Internet Service Providers (ISPs): RCN, Earthlink, NetZero, and Comcast.
