here first if you are looking for something required for using the HMS network or
course-related software.
It is increasingly common for software companies to provide software updates, new versions,
and bug fixes and patches via the Web. The following list below offers some links that may be
useful to you.

*DMS predoctoral students can also download available research software by logging into their FAS accounts
at http://www.fas.harvard.edu/computing/.
DMS students must have a valid HUID card and PIN number to download. Contact the FAS Support Desk for assistance at 617-495-9000.
**HST predoctoral students cross-registered at MIT can also download research software at
http://web.mit.edu/software/index.html. You will need an MIT personal
certificate in order to download. Contact the MIT Support Desk for assistance at
http://web.mit.edu/ist/contact.html.

Cisco Aironet 350 Series LAN Adapter Updates
Download ACU utilities onto your computer and the following firmware. NOTE: This product has reached its end-of-life status and is no longer supported at Cisco.
• Upgrade to Aironet Client Utility v5.05.01
Description: Windows Cisco Aironet Client Utility (ACU) for 802.11b Client Adapter. Cisco Wireless Security Suite Firmware/Driver (PCMCIA, LMC, PCI, 4.25.30/8.2.3), (MPI 5.00.03/3.4.9) or later. Read Release Notes for AP firmware version information. Download Release Notes for ACU v5.05.01.
• Upgrade Firmware to Release 4.25.30
Description: 350 Series PCMCIA, LMC, and PCI 802.11b Client Adapter firmware (802.1X Ratified). Requires ACU 5.02.005, NDIS driver 8.2.3 and AP with firmware 11.10T or later version for Cisco Wireless Security Suite functionality. Download Release Notes for Firmware v4.25.30.
• Upgrade NDIS Driver to Release 8.01.06
Description: 350, 340, and 4800 Series PCMCIA, LMC, and PCI 802.11b Client Adapter NDIS driver for Windows 98, 2000, Me and XP. Requires ACU 5.01.001, firmware 4.25.23 and AP with firmware 11.10T or later version for Cisco Wireless Security Suite. Download Release Notes for NDIS Driver v8.01.06.
