Email - Configuring Desktop E-mail Clients

The following .pdf documents are provided below as a resource. They contain step-by-step instructions on how to set up your configuration settings using an email client on your local machine remotely or on-campus.

Annoucement: Predoctoral students entering medical school as of Fall, 2004 will use the following official student email address: firstname_lastname@hms.harvard.edu for HMS and DMS predoctoral students and firstname_lastname@hsdm.harvard.edu for HSDM predoctoral students.
As of 2006 HST students will use the format firstname_lastname@hst.harvard.edu. Those HST students who arrived before 2006 can use this email format as an alias to their primary account.
Those students who have entered medical school or a doctoral program before Fall 2004 will use the following official student email address: firstname_lastname@student.hms.harvard.edu.

NOTE: Student Computing provides support only on Outlook Web Access (OWA). Students using other email clients can carefully read the online documentation. Student Computing assumes that students who live off-campus have an Internet Service Provider (see Remote Internet Access) to access the World Wide Web.
